The Annual May Fair in Strathfield entered its sixth year successfully. It was my first year at the fair and the experience was really great! Hosted by the Strathfield Chamber of Commerce at Strathfield Square, the OLDE Fashioned May Fair endeavours to promote local businesses and multicultural interests of Strathfield. It’s a perfect weekend event that you must visit with your family. Here are few glimpses:
1. Jazz performance by Santa Sabina College
They were the first to perform and received great applause!
2. Acapella by The Glee Bees
This a community choir, check out their Facebook page
3. Mini-Animal Farm
Kids flocked to this mini-animal farm, where they could feed sheep, comb rabbits in a basket and hold little birds
4. Free Face Painting
Another Kiddie favourite at the fair!
5. Belly Dancing by Inspire group
The beautiful ladies did kick-up a storm with their dancing.
6. Goofy Magician and his tricks
There was heaps of chuckle and giggle with kids enjoying company of a goofy magician.
7. Handmade Jewellery by the Lapidary Club
